Personal information

Myboot collect personal information when Myboot provide services to the users. Generally Myboot will tell the users as to why the information is collected and how Myboot plans to use it. Myboot usually collects personal information directly from the users although sometimes Myboot may use agents or service providers to do this. Myboot may also acquire lists from other sources, both from other companies and from other public documents.

Use of information and material

Myboot usually collects personal information such as user name, address, telephone number, and in some instances, financial details. When users are online, Myboot collects information regarding the pages within the network which user visits and what is clicked on. As a general rule, Myboot does not collect sensitive information. However, if Myboot does, it will usually be for the purposes of providing its goods or services and if the law requires us to, Myboot will seek user’s consent to collect it.

Myboot may share user’s information with other companies which are related to Myboot. User’s personally identifiable information may also be used to assist in improving its products and services.

Myboot may also share user’s information with third parties who provide prizes for competitions or reader offers. If Myboot does this, it generally requires the parties to protect user’s information in the same way Myboot does.
